All payments could be made online (recommended) or via wire transfer. Please note that only the payments received on or before September 5, 2011 will receive the Alumni price while those received on or before October 19, 2011 will receive the Early-Bird price.
For Expo Passes paid in non-RMB, please type out your tailor-made registration e-mail and pay in cash onsite.
Before beginning the process of transferring money by wire, you should have the following information:
Once you have that information on hand, you are ready to proceed with the wire transfer.
After you have completed your wire transfer, go to the Registration page and enter your username and password, to access your registration details. You will be prompted to enter the confirmation code provided by your bank when your wire transfer was completed. It is very important that you do this, to ensure that your payment is associated with your registration.
Normally within 7 working days, you will receive confirmation via email that your payment was received. If you have not received confirmation via email within 7 working days after your payment, check with Ms. Ellena Wang at 86-21-61577258 - be sure to call during Chinese business hours. GDC China reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions, including Tutorials, are filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.
All attendee, press, speaker & exhibitor badges will only be available onsite.
