Q: How much does it cost for admission?

A: There are a number of different passes available, depending on which areas of GDC China you wish to attend. For details about passes and prices, please click here.

Q: When can I register to attend GDC China?

A: Registration will be live in summer. Please check back often for updated registration information.

Q: I've just registered on-line, when will I receive my receipt and confirmation?

A: You should receive your confirmation as soon as you register. If you are having problems, please contact Robin Zhu.

A registration confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you complete the registration process. Once your payment is received and processed (normally within 2-3 business days), you will receive a separate email containing your formal conference participation confirmation and receipt.

Q: How do I register a group?

Q: When do I receive my badge?

A: All badges can be picked up onsite at the GDC China registration counter. Please print out the Receipt page of your conference participation confirmation email to pick up your badge.

Q: I would like to speak at the conference. How do I submit a proposal?

A: The Call for Submissions is now closed. For questions regarding speaking opportunities, please contact Meggan Scavio (outside China) and Anne Yao (within China).

Q: Are there specific subjects that I should submit speaking proposals for?

A: Proposals should address the tracks listed on the Conference main page.

Q: When do I find out whether my speaking proposal for the conference was accepted?
