What is the cost of admission?

There are a number of different passes available for a variety of prices, depending on which parts of GDC China you want to see. For details about these passes and prices, visit our Passes & Prices page.

When can I register to attend the GDC China 2013?

Registration is now live! Please proceed to our online registration system here

I've just registered online, when will I receive my receipt and confirmation?

You should receive your confirmation as soon as you register. If you are having problems, please contact Robin Zhu.

A registration confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you complete the registration process. Once your payment is received and processed (normally within 2-3 business days), you will receive a separate email containing your formal conference participation confirmation and receipt.

How do I register a Group?

To register a group of three or more attendees, please proceed to our online group registration system here.

When do I receive my badge?

All badges can be picked up onsite at the GDC China registration counter. Please print out the Receipt page of your conference participation confirmation email to pick up your badge.

I've registered for GDC and now need to make changes to my registration, how can I do this?

Where can I mail my registration payment or changes?

We will not accept payment by mail. For information on changing your registration, please see the Registration Policies page.

When will the conference curriculum for GDC China be announced?

Conference sessions will be added to the site as speakers are confirmed, so check back regularly.

Is there a discount available for housing?

Do I need a visa to travel to China for this conference?

Yes, international visitors will need a visa. Please check the International Visitors page for information.

Speaking at GDC China

I would like to speak at the conference. How do I submit a proposal?

Please view the Call for Submissions page for details. For questions regarding speaking opportunities, please contact Meggan Scavio (outside China) and Maggie Xia (within China).

Are there specific subjects that I should submit speaking proposals for?

Proposals should address the tracks listed on the Conference main page.

When do I find out whether my speaking proposal was accepted?

Are there volunteer opportunities at GDC China?
